【Cancellation Policy】
Cancellation up to 5 hours before the reservation → 0%
Cancellation up to 3 hours before the reservation → 20%
Cancellation up to 2 hours before the reservation → 50%
Cancellation up to 1 hour before the reservation → 75%
Cancellation after that → 100%
*No cancellation fee is charged up to 5 hours before the appointment, but customers with consecutive cancellations may be refused service by our store. We appreciate your understanding so that as many customers as possible can use our services.
*We原则上 do not accept changes of women. Even if the service is not fulfilled, we will charge 100% of the total amount.
*For no-show cancellations, we will charge 100% of the course fee plus an additional 20% of the course fee. Please understand in advance.
*We cannot accommodate reducing the usage time after the reservation is confirmed. If cancellation occurs on the day due to lack of understanding, we will charge 100% of the total amount.
However, we can accommodate extensions of time, so please feel free to consult us.
【Usage Notes】
Please inform us of the hotel name and room number you will be using.
Customers using city hotels or business hotels, please inform us of the check-in name used when checking into the hotel.
This is to connect to your room via internal phone in case of emergencies.
Additionally, some hotels may restrict entry by third parties from outside. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Please understand that even if the woman cannot enter upon arrival, we will charge 100% of the total amount.
If the woman cannot enter, there may be cases where you need to move to a nearby hotel, etc. In such cases, we can also help you find one, so please do not hesitate to ask.
For home use, please provide your name, address (apartment name + room number), and phone number.
We cannot accept calls from blocked numbers or public phones.
【Card Payment】
Our store accepts credit card payments from "various credit card companies."
When paying by credit card, please inform us at the time of reception.
Please understand that we cannot change to credit card payment on-site.
If payment becomes impossible due to a request to change to credit card payment and results in cancellation, you will be required to pay 100% of the total amount at a later date. Please understand.
After payment confirmation, we will finalize the woman's reservation and begin dispatch.
For credit card payments, a 10% service charge will be added to the total fee.
The billing name from the card company will not be our store name but a random sequence of letters and numbers.
The display varies by card brand, but the charge will be processed overseas, so please understand in advance.
As it is an overseas settlement, we transact with overseas card brands, and due to routing through overseas servers, an overseas payment company will be displayed.
Additionally, due to frequent fraudulent use, we require customers to present a photo ID when the woman enters the room.
If this is not possible, service cannot be provided.
In such cases, if cancellation occurs, as mentioned earlier, you will be required to pay 100% of the total amount at a later date. Please understand.
